'This book is about cultivating the right mindset and knowing we can adapt to whatever life brings. It explores what it means to be a man in the modern world, while also celebrating love, fun and hope when surrounded by uncertainty. The reality is, none of us know how much time we have, but we do get to choose what we do with it.'

On 6th October 2025 Moody announced that he had been diagnosed with motor-neurone disease, at the age of 47.

The book will explore how Moody has applied the lessons of his sporting career and coaching to dealing with his disease, including the key strengths to draw on when facing the unexpected, being honest about tough times and how to get through them, and the power of being positive and hopeful in the face of life's hardest moments. Along the way, Lewis's skill as an executive coach, hard-earned wisdom and perspective will offer readers concrete skills to apply when making their own decisions about how to live life well. The message is one of hope, and of how love, friendship and community can sustain us when inevitable challenges arise.
