Delivery Options

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Our aim is to turn around every order in 24 hours and we will always let you know if this isn't possible with your order.

We provide free shipping on orders of £25.00 and over in value and a standard rate of £3.50 for all orders below £25.00. We use Royal Mail's 'Tracked 48' service for all standard orders.

An express delivery rate is available for urgent and seasonal orders.  This service costs £5.50 and we use Royal Mail's 'Tracked 24' service if you choose this delivery option.

We only ship within the UK.

If you live within 2km of the shop you will ALWAYS be offered FREE HOME DELIVERY as an option for you when checking out.

For local customers, we also offer a seven day a week click and collect service from our shop premises on Church Road, in Bishop's Cleeve.  You can find our shop HERE.
